I’ve struggled with this for a while, and didn’t think to actually look at the URLs phpMyAdmin uses.
So, in order to save other people the hassle of finding a particular database within 42 pages of database names (assuming that, like me, you are running WPMU on a 4096 database setup), I shall pass along the simplest of solutions.
First find the common prefix that your databases are using, so as an example lets say that our database names start with mydbs_
To get to the database c2f we can use the URL:
http://path.to.my/phpMyAdmin/index.php?db=mydbs_c2f
